Most aftermarket discs are adapting style that issued pads are out of disc around 1/4.
To improve the symptom, VTTR spent tooling to extend the caliper's mounting bracket, and adopted FC-V compound material to be the highest quality amount aftermarket kits.
0-900℃ heat resistant titanium compound material , providing hi speed balance and 0.05mm flat polished kit, one of the highest kit on the market.
Most aftermarket kits are adapting style or universal bracket for all vehicles. Adapting style causes pad edge out of disc and decrease braking performance while universal bracket suffers compatible issue. For example, if K6 swaps to K8 pads, although pads are larger, original pistons retain the same. sliding unsmoothly might be happened which means pads could be totally locked up.
To improve above mentioned symptoms, VTTR invested in mold tooling specially for extended bracket, allowing different vehicles use their own specific brackets, combining with 0-900℃ heat resistant titanium compound material to archive highly sufficient feedback.
This kit only allows to wash under temperature 50℃
